Design Inspiration, 2.05
Twice a month our design team meets to talk about our work and share links that we found interesting or enjoyable in some way. Here’s what we looked at this week:
1. I purchased a dog DNA test from Embark and found their setup, testing, and results to be delightful. Here’s the packaging and a link to the video results. Want to guess what he is first? Play this game.
2. Who isn’t a fan of Japanese food? Google created Umami Land (think Candy Land with a Japanese flair) as a rich and fun search tool to learn all about the cuisine. The world is complete with a onigiri snack as your host.
3. How can you sell candles if your customers are shopping digitally? Create a dreamy picture-book, of course. We love Aesop’s immersive approach to describing its aromas.
4. Last but not least, this snarky cartoon made us laugh.
